Q. Do you use any animal or petroleum products?
A. No.

Q. Do you use chemicals in your products?
A. Yes & No. We use natural ingredients in the bulk of our products. The only manufactured ingredients are fragrance oils preferred by our customers. Our labels indicate the fragrance is natural (EO = essential oil) or manufactured (FO = fragrance oil).

Q. Do you have unscented products?
A. Yes. Many of our customers are sensitive to scents. Therefore, we provide an unscented choice in almost every category.

Q. Does your "free shipping" policy include sales taxes or shipping costs as a part of the $30 base?
A. No.

Q. How does your free shipping work?
When a customer places an order on our web site our set-up is too simple to determine if the order is over or under the $30 base. So, shipping is collected. When we receive the order and see it is over $30, we send you an email and ask whether you want us to include a refund check with the shipment of the product or whether you wish additional product, worth more than the shipping cost. For example. If your shipping cost is $7.25, we'll send you a $7.25 refund or may offer to include two $6.95 products (value $13.90) with your shipment instead. It's your choice.

Q. Do you use preservatives?
Yes. We use natural preservatives.

Q. What are the seven herbs you infuse?
Pennyroyal, Calendula, Thyme, Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary, and Lemon Balm.
